This is the second book in the Dragon and the Mouse series. When the dragon flies to visit the mouse, he finds his friend is gone. With his fiery breath, the dragon leaves a puzzling message on a nearby boulder. The mouse returns and sees the boulder, but he misreads the message. This triggers a chain of events that leads to a near disaster. In the end, the mouse and the dragon are joyfully together again.
